Coaching in 2018

With instant and global connectivity there's really no limitation on coaching sessions - to celebrate the launch of my first book I'm therefore allocating more time in my diary to providing coaching sessions.

Contact me now if you'd be interested in finding out more about what's involved - whether for a one-off kick up the ... session, a retreat like weekend, or a more gentle programme of coaching sessions.

Or first read about the myths and benefits of coaching over on my Purchasing Coach blog.

You don't need to be able to see the wood for the trees

One of the reasons I love the Landscaping Your Life process is that nature always has more to give, and our mind will always find the insight from nature it needs to, in order to get a different perspective on the current situation.
I’ve written about and explored ‘not being able to see the wood for the trees’ time and time and time again and yet.... last week whilst in Derwent Water I had an epiphany that I’m sure I’ll share in many a coaching session from now onwards. It really resonated with me at the time that’s for sure.
Do let me know what you think.

Turn over a new leaf

It's autumn, and there's plenty of leaves on the ground so get out there and show your unconscious you're serious about turning over a new leaf - and yes have some fun too :-)

Building Bridges

Here's a recent video blog on the subject of building bridges with others, with insight taken from the 3 bridges at South Queensferry - each built in a different century.

Here's a post from the archives with additional insight on the subject after a month long closure of the forth road bridge.
